We are committed to identifying and improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect our suppliers to do the same.

Our supply chains
Our supply chain consists of global suppliers of telecommunications networks, services and equipment, office supplies etc. Our supply chain supports both the delivery of our services to our clients and our day-to-day business operations.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
Due to the nature of our business and our corporate governance, we believe there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We also feel any risk of modern slavery or human trafficking would sit predominantly in our supply chain.
As part of our continuing efforts to identify and mitigate risk in our business we take proactive measures to understand our suppliers and have in place systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking
Our representatives from Legal, Compliance, HR and Finance continually review the way in which we address modern slavery to ensure that we are adopting the correct strategy in combating slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the Board of Directors. A new statement will be published each financial year on our corporate website (www.Legal.Speir.TV).
