Can NATO Accept Defeat in Ukraine?
Sept. 2—As we enter a new month, it is becoming clear that the total collapse of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF), which NATO has used in its orchestrated war against Russia, is very near. Even some of NATO’s blackest propagandists cannot conceal from themselves and from their audience of the foolish, that the war is lost, and that the Russians have won. That was the message of an article appearing the Aug. 30 Financial Times, a mouthpiece for Global NATO and the City of London forces that underpin NATO’s policy, declaring that panic has settled in as both the Kursk invasion gambit is turning into a total rout, while Ukraine’s front lines in Donbas and elsewhere have collapsed, with the Russian Armed Forces making rapid advances. The FT reports that panic is setting in, and not just in the parts of Ukraine and its military that support NATO’s sock-puppet dictator, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but in NATO capitals like Brussels and London and Washington.
The FT says that Zelenskyy has come under “a barrage of criticism from soldiers, lawmakers and military analysts over the rapid advances being made by the Russian army in eastern Ukraine since Kyiv launched its bold incursion into Russia’s Kursk region.... [A] “breach in the frontline in the strategically important Donetsk region this week has triggered a backlash against the leadership in Kyiv, with critics arguing Ukraine’s positions were weakened by the redeployment of thousands of battle-hardened Ukrainian troops to the Kursk operation,” the FT reports, "[while] Russian forces are closing in on the strategically important city of Pokrovsk, taking several nearby towns this week and forcing undermanned Ukrainian units to retreat from prepared defensive positions.”
Sources who have been right in their assessments of the battlefield situation, say that there is no possibility of reversing that situation, as there was never a chance that Ukraine could have beaten Russia anyway, no matter what weapons systems it was given. “There are many insane people in the NATO and U.S. command who think that by repeating lies to themselves, that they could somehow make them true,” said a source. “But there are others who have known from the beginning that Ukraine could never win, once [Russian President Vladimir] Putin corrected the size and scope of his original Special Military Operation force. He went in too small, after his intel people botched their estimate of Ukraine’s capabilities. They underestimated NATO’s pre-war support and prep of those forces, as well as the murderous anti-Russian zealotry of its Nazi militias, such as Azov. Once that was corrected, the war was lost, if for no other reason than the Russians had what is called ‘escalatory dominance,’ the ability to expand and supply its operations from nearby Russian territory, where NATO’s supply lines were much longer, and as was proven, the industrial capabilities of the NATO member countries could not match the Russians. So now, after Ukraine has lost nearly 700,000 men and women in battle, they have lost the means to reinforce their own defenses. They are running out of troops.
“Yet NATO wants to prolong this slaughter,” said the source. “Because this war has never really been about Ukraine, despite the loud squawks from its chief pitchman, the television clown Zelenskyy. The game was always directed against Russia, to strategically weaken Russia, NATO’s main military opponent. The war has been at a terrible cost in life and expense also for Russia, which is now spending almost $2 billion a day on the war, which has cost them somewhere around 70,000 casualties, or about one tenth of Ukraine’s loss.”
“This war could have ended by April 2022,” the source stated, “but NATO intervened to kill a peace deal that both Putin and Zelenskyy had accepted, that would have spared all those lives, NATO wanted to bleed Russia and to test its resolve. The fools thought, at least in the beginning, that the hardship imposed by the sanctions, plus the returning body bags, might have toppled Putin—a regime-change that no one in their right mind should have ever seriously considered. So, now, even as they faced a crushing military defeat, and terms in an eventual peace deal that will not restore territory where a majority of Russian-speaking Ukrainians live, and a demand to keep Ukraine neutral and out of NATO, they continue to probe Putin’s limits, with the terrorist invasion of Kursk. That’s what it is: a military operation to cover the deployment of NATO-directed mobile terror patrols modelled on the German Nazi Waffen-SS units who just kill as many civilians as they can. And they talk about unleashing Zelenskyy to attack targets deep in Russia, attacks that cannot reverse the outcome on the battlefield but might instead provoke the asymmetric response that Putin has repeatedly warned about.
“The way I see it, NATO has only two real choices,” the source concluded, “Either accept defeat and force their puppets to negotiate a deal with Putin along the terms he proposed June 14. Or escalate, not in Ukraine per se, but at Russia directly. The loonies in the NATO command, might want to see if they could provoke the Russians to use tactical nukes, and then NATO could respond in kind. But why would Putin do that? He is winning. He doesn’t need to use nukes. So maybe they let Zelenskyy do something really crazy, like use one of the old Soviet Union era nuclear weapons that some people say he has. That nasty bitch Kamala Harris (the Vice President and the Democrat nominee for President) would like to push the war beyond the [Nov. 5] election so the defeat could not be hung around her neck, but I don’t think that Ukraine’s forces can hold out that long. And there is another factor. There are some sane people in the Ukrainian military, and it is well known, though not reported, that they have been meeting with their Russian counterparts for months now. This throws Zelenskyy into rug-chewing fits, but he can’t stop it. They have worked out a framework for a peace deal similar to what Putin offered. What is to stop them from calling a halt to the war, asking for negotiations, pushing through a deal—with or without Zelenskyy? Only the fear of NATO. But some people report that the moment when they will say F*** NATO is drawing near. They say that either way, the war is over by the end of this month.”
