Lunatic NATO Faction Plays 'Israel Grenade' Vs. Iran and Russia
Aug. 5—Sources with connections to saner elements in the trans-Atlantic intelligence community say that an insane faction of Global NATO which now dominates U.S. strategic policy has green-lighted the deployment of their “Israeli hand grenade” not merely against Iran, but against Vladimir Putin’s Russia.
The late Israeli UN Ambassador Abba Eben once told a reporter that the U.S. and its allies “use Israel like a hand-grenade. They toss it into crises they want to stir up. Personally, I am tired of being a hand-grenade. There is not much life in that.”
The play has been made possible by the engineered weakness of the U.S. Presidency, which now is occupied in name only by “Sleepy Joe” Biden. While the dithering fool Biden was apparently awake enough to oppose the Butcher of Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin “Bibi” Netanyahu’s unleashing of a wave of assassinations, including of Hezbollah military commander Faud Shakr in Lebanon, and, more importantly of the Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran, his opposition was overridden by a faction of strategic morons, linked to Global NATO in the Pentagon and the military command, sources report, who actually gave Bibi the green light to go ahead with this dangerous escalation, which could lead to a wider war in Southwest Asia.
“Let’s go slow here,” said a source, “ so you can fully understand how crazy—and dangerous—this scheme is. First, it is absolutely the case that Sleepy Joe was not apprised by Bibi of his plans when they met in the White House last week. Netanyahu sat there smiling while, in their private meeting, Joe wagged his fingers at him and told him to de-escalate and seek a peace deal.
“Meanwhile, through other channels, the people over at the Pentagon were fully aware of what Bibi was about to do. They had been involved in planning what became the Haniyeh hit for some time. There are reports that the hit involved a remote-detonated bomb to be placed by Iranian agents inside the villa where Palestinian leaders stay when they are in Tehran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, which had security responsibility for the place, say it was a hit from a small missile of the kind a couple of people could launch from anywhere not too far away. That might be a story to cover what was a real security failure.
Regardless, people in the Pentagon, and some of their rogue assets were involved. Regardless of how it was done, they also told the Israelis to go ahead. So when the White House said the U.S. was not involved, they were speaking for the people around Sleepy Joe. When [Defense Secretary Lloyd] Austin said that “we were not involved,” he was lying, or pretending he was not involved, because the decision was way above him.”
The Pentagon announced Aug. 2 the movement of more U.S. air and naval forces into the region to defend Israel from the possibility of Iranian retaliation for the assassination of Haniyeh. According to a statement issued by the Pentagon, Secretary of Defense Austin “ordered adjustments to U.S. military posture designed to improve U.S. force protection, to increase support for the defense of Israel, and to ensure the United States is prepared to respond to various contingencies.”
Those “adjustments” include the deploying of the aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln from the Western Pacific to U.S. Central Command as well as additional cruisers and destroyers. Austin has also ordered the deployment of a fighter squadron, though the statement says nothing about where it’s coming from or where in the region those planes will be stationed.
Earlier in the day, Pentagon’s Deputy Press Secretary Sabrina Singh told reporters that Austin had spoken with Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant by phone, saying Austin “reiterated ironclad support for Israel’s security, and informed the Minister of additional measures to include ongoing and future defensive force posture changes that the department will take to support the defense of Israel.”
“ Take the above deployments as window dressing for what is in play," the source stated. "As for the ‘strategic thinking’ behind the move, or what could be a devastating and fatal strategic blunder: For NATO, Haniyeh as a target was not so important. For Bibi, yes: Haniyeh was the leader of those within the Hamas leadership who want to reach some kind of agreement and who were willing to lay down their arms and become part of a Palestinian leadership in a two-state solution. Haniyeh was an enemy of Bibi, unlike Hamas’ military leader and Gaza chief, Bibi’s co-evil twin, Yahya Sinwar, who is now strengthened by Haniyeh’s elimination. For Global NATO, the key to this gambit was that it occurred on Iranian soil. That ensured that Iran must respond. If they respond meekly, in the minds of these NATO morons, that would show the weakness of lining up with Russia, whom the world believes is the real power behind Iran.
“But it gets worse," the source continued.
“If an Iranian response against Israel, either on its soil or abroad, or against its sponsors, including the U.S., prompts an Israeli response and triggers a war between the two, NATO believes that Russia will not militarily come to Iran’s aid,” the source stated. “NATO thinks that Russia’s military engagement in Ukraine limits their capabilities, and while Russia might supply Iran with weapons, no other aid would be forthcoming. Putin is not about to risk a nuclear war with the U.S. and NATO, over Iran—or so these strategic geniuses think. And, while Russia has no real ability to project a presence in the region, the U.S. and its NATO allies are already there, and are reinforcing their forces. NATO believes that this will teach nations a lesson: You cannot rely on Russia when the chips are down.
“But what’s to come of the majority of Israelis who are not believers in Bibi’s messianic cult, and who are tired of war and who want peace? In reality, they are just pawns in the grips of a bloodthirsty killer, and messianic leader, Netanyahu, who both plays for and is played by Global NATO. How many Israelis and others might die, through the extension of his genocidal war against Palestinians into a crusade against ‘the evil empire’ of Iran? Iran is a capable, and well-equipped military force, along with its assets, such as Hezbollah. And while Arab nations are not likely to defend the Iranians either, they will defend Lebanon if Bibi’s war tracks in that direction.”
Still worse, this and other sources argued, is that Global NATO has completely miscalculated the potentials of a Russian response. Putin has said that he will strike at NATO and the U.S. if Russia’s strategic interests are threatened. They need not deploy military forces into Iran or the Persian Gulf, however. Putin’s warnings about threats to Russia, which have been quite clear and stern, are not just about Ukraine, either.
Who is to say that the Russians, who fully understand that the U.S. and NATO were behind Israel’s murder of Haniyeh in Tehran, might not strike asymmetrically, as Putin has threatened many times, and hit, for example, a NATO/U.S. target in Europe. And, while deployment of Russian troops in Southwest Asia is unlikely, perhaps the Russians will hit Israeli or NATO military targets with their advanced cruise missiles and other systems.
“The real problem is the weakness of the American Presidency,” said the source. “It was weak when people believed, perhaps wrongly, that Sleepy Joe was all there. Now that he has been stripped of all political power, the Presidency is even weaker. That nasty bitch Kamala Harris is totally out of her league, and is being played by these NATO war promoters. Pathetically, she has tried to make herself sound ‘pro-military.’
“And, I have been told, [former President] Donald Trump has apparently decided to not campaign as the ‘anti-NATO candidate,’ and instead wants to wait until after he is elected to do something about NATO and its overreach on U.S. policy. That could be a fatal mistake, literally, as Global NATO has already tried one hit on him and should be expected to try again, to plunge this country into chaos and possible civil war.
“When the Presidency does not work or is captured by insane and evil factions,” the source concluded, “the American people must rise up and fight those who usurp power against our national interest. We need to make ‘U.S. Out of NATO, Now!’ a battle cry in this election cycle.”
