Nothing in NATO’s ‘Playbook’ Can Win in Ukraine

May 28—Despite the continued mad ravings of NATO’s puppet Emperor of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, there is nothing available to NATO and its war party cohorts in the Washington-based military-industrial complex, inside the corrupt and congenitally stupid Biden Administration, or to those occupying either side of the isle in Congress that can rescue the on-the-ground reality in Ukraine of devastating defeat.

That reality is what lies behind the desperate attacks, claimed by Ukraine and the mad Emperor Zelenskyy on targets well inside Russia, including parts of its critical over-the-horizon radar installations designed to detect a nuclear attack. Intelligence specialists say that it is absurd to think of the two recent attacks as originating with the Ukrainians.

“First, for some time now NATO and its propaganda machine have tried to prop up Ukraine as a viable military power, with winning capabilities assisted by NATO-supplied weapons,” said a source. “That story, however, is for the Mickeys, fools who believe what they have a proclivity to believe. Like ‘Sleepy Joe’ Biden. The fact is, that while Ukrainian soldiers may be tough fighters on their own, they are not capable of using and especially targeting advanced weapons systems like those deployed in these recent attacks. All that was done through NATO assistance, by NATO personnel, even NATO troops on the ground, including U.S. personnel, whether they are wearing official uniforms or not. So, these ‘Ukrainian attacks’ were NATO-ordered and NATO-orchestrated, as other attacks of this type have been. How do you think these drones are guided? By NATO and U.S. satellites which provide the coordinating and programming data.

“Russia knows this,” said the source. “They know NATO runs Ukraine on these matters. Ukraine is not simply a proxy here; it is merely a thin cover for NATO operations. Were these attacks to continue and NATO were to severely degrade Russia’s nuclear defenses or to destroy key military targets, [Russian President Vladimir] Putin has already made it clear that he will retaliate not only against Ukrainian bases from which such strikes are possible, but against the NATO heartland and NATO forces, anywhere he sees fit.

“Would Putin authorize the use of nuclear weapons? While some analysts correctly point to options in Russian strategic military doctrine that might allow for the use of nukes, there is no reason for the Russians to go to first use, for that is what it would be. They have other capable means of destroying any targets they want.

“None of what is happening changes either the battlefield situation or political situation in Ukraine,” the source continued. “Both are hopelessly lost. On the battlefield, the best intelligence estimates are that Ukraine, no matter what weapons it deploys and no matter where they use them, will be hopelessly defeated by no later than the early Fall. These are U.S. estimates from the CIA and not from some assholes in the Defense Department or State Department. Did you know that widespread desertions are already taking place, not of Russians, as the pro-war media reports, but of Ukrainians, who are abandoning positions and leaving their weapons?

“Politically, time is running out for the clown Zelenskyy,” the source said. “For some time now there have been not-so-secret meetings between sane Ukrainian military leaders and their Russian counterparts to work out some honorable peace deal, the outlines of which were agreed to some time ago: Russia keeps Crimea and the annexed territories in eastern Ukraine with majority-Russian populations; it pulls out of the rest of the Ukraine which becomes a neutral nation with its own police army, of regulated size, with its borders guaranteed by Russia, NATO and the U.S. A massive economic redevelopment effort is to follow, in which the U.S., China, Russia and the BRICS [Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa] nations will participate. This is very similar to the outlines of the proposal that might have ended the war in March-April 2022 that NATO and the British blew up. It is also similar to the Chinese proposal.

“It is Zelenskyy, and his sponsors in NATO who have delayed this deal,” the source stated. “But now Zelenskyy has lost his constitutional mandate to serve as President. His term expired May 20 and he now rules under what most people regard as an illegal martial law decree that he issued banning elections for the duration of the war. So, if the military leadership reaches a peace deal, they might just frog march the clown emperor and his cohorts out of office, and even seek to put them on trial for sending more than 600,000 young men to their death in a war that could have been ended over two years ago.

“Putin senses that this is the moment for peace,” the source pointed out. “Last week he had it leaked to Reuters that he would favor an immediate ceasefire and exchange of prisoners (of which the Russians hold many more than Ukraine) and that he seeks an end to the war, which would involve a Russian withdrawal from non-Russian territory. In other venues he has repeated that Russia does not seek conflict with the U.S., Europe, or NATO and wants to cooperate in joint programs for the betterment of all. He has also said that he no longer sees Zelenskyy, who is planning to hold a ‘peace conference’ in Switzerland next month (without Russian participation!) as the legitimate President of Ukraine.”

The source also disputed that recently-announced Russian military exercises involving tactical nuclear weapons were a response to any recent provocation. He said that such exercises were planned months ago, and are a way to message the West that “no potential response to outrageous provocations and attacks on Russia is off the table.” But, Russia doesn’t need to use tactical nukes to win in Ukraine. They have already won, and the sooner the West admits this the better for the world.

“There are still some fools over at the [late] Andy Marshall’s playground of the Office of Net Assessment in the U.S. Defense Department who are operating from a playbook developed by systems analysts that says if only the war can continue into the winter, Russia’s outlays will cause its economy to collapse, much in the way their spending to catch up to a phantom ballistic missile defense program in the 1980s collapsed the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact economies.

The Russians are indeed spending huge sums, and it does have a negative effect, but this war is still a lost cause for Ukraine, NATO, and the U.S. The difference between Andrew Marshall and the ONA guys today, is that he was smart enough to know when he was licked and move on to something else. And not risk a nuclear war, for something that can’t be achieved.”
