Putin’s Letter to Trump Delivered Last Week Along with ‘Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge’ Map
Oct. 25—It is little known, but two days prior to U.S. President Donald Trump’s reaching out to Russian President Vladimir Putin Oct. 16, Russian Ambassador Alexander Darchiev handed a letter from Putin to U.S. Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) for delivery to Trump. It was on the occasion of his handing over more than 380 pages of Russian material on the JFK assassination. According to Sputnik, Putin’s letter was “part of the additional investigation into the assassination of President Kennedy promised to the American public by President Trump….” Rep. Luna heads the special Congressional committee investigating assassinations, including both the Kennedys and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
The early major surprise was the inclusion of a hand drawing of the “Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge” to link the U.S. and Russia across the Bering Sea. The intriguing suggestion is that Kennedy’s interest in such a major project, along with what was already known about his campaigning for the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA), made him a threat to the de-industrializers of the world. At the time of his death, Kennedy was in secret private discussions with the Soviet leader about limiting nuclear weapons, as well as collaboration between the U.S. and USSR on joint projects, of which the Bering bridge was merely one.
It is not known how or if Trump responded to the letter, yet he reached out to Putin two days later. Sources close to the White House say the letter contained the outline of a peace plan for ending the war in the Ukraine that included Russia's acceptance of a ceasefire in place in exchange for Ukraine not joining NATO and NATO halting all eastward expansion toward the Russian border. The sources say the letter also expressed Putin's desire for new nuclear arms control agreements with the United States.
After the 2.5-hour conversation, Putin’s Special Envoy in discussions with the U.S. Kirill Dmitriev posted the drawing of the “Kennedy-Khrushchev World Peace Bridge” along with his proposal for the “Trump-Putin Tunnel.” It is likely he had foreknowledge of the inclusion of the drawing in the release of JFK material.
On Oct. 20, Luna posted on X a link of her appearance on Fox News, along with her comment: “Before JFK was assassinated he was back channeling peace talks with the Soviet Union. Now, President Trump is finishing what JFK started and negotiating peace with Russia.” Earlier, Oct. 10, she had said, as TASS reported that she was looking forward to leading a delegation of U.S. legislators for a meeting with members of the Russian Federal Assembly.
