Trump Pulls Rubio Out of NATO Ministers Meeting as He Ups Pressure for Ukraine Deal
Nov. 29—Sources close to the White House yesterday confirmed that President Donald Trump has ordered Secretary of State Marco Rubio not to attend a NATO Foreign Ministers’ meeting next week to avoid an ambush organized by European leaders who oppose Trump’s efforts to end their losing war with Russia in Ukraine.
These sources say that the ministers were set to voice their objection to the Trump Plan, now under discussion with the Ukrainians and the Russians, which has as one of its key features a forever ban on Ukraine’s NATO membership and a refusal to allow any NATO member troops to be stationed in Ukraine for any purpose. The Plan, which fake news reports from the NATO propaganda machine claimed Trump had agreed to amend to take these points out, also calls for NATO to agree to halt all eastward expansion towards Russia’s borders.
Trump’s Anger at European Leaders
The sources report that Trump is furious with the Europeans and has said to his team that they, and their puppet dictator of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, are the main obstacles to peace. He had expressed concern that they would try to ensnare Rubio, who had mistakenly told people that the Trump Plan was a Russian “wish list,” in their intrigues to render the plan unacceptable to the Russians.
Trump has asserted that his Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, who has held his ground against the Euro fool leadership, is in charge of the peace process on his behalf, along with Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, who has replaced NATO stooge and Zelenskyy favorite Gen. Keith Kellogg, the special envoy for Ukraine, in handling Kyiv.
Kellogg’s Leak and Alternative Plan
These and other sources say that it was Kellogg who leaked the plan to the NATO press sewer Axios, so that the Europeans and Zelenskyy could mobilize opposition to it, including among the neo-cons and other fools in Congress. Kellogg remains at his post but will retire when his one-year term expires in January.
Kellogg had, working with Zelenskyy, come up with his own plan, supported by the Europeans, that makes no concessions on territory to the Russians, allows for Ukrainian membership in NATO in the future, and would place troops from European nations, including Great Britain, in Ukraine as peacekeepers—all of which made it a non-starter for Moscow.
Yermak’s Resignation and Corruption Scandal
Meanwhile, Witkoff and the presidential son-in-law are going ahead with discussions with a Ukrainian delegation in Miami this weekend, which will be without Zelenskyy’s chief thug and negotiator, Andriy Yermak, who resigned his post as head of the Presidential Office yesterday after the National Anti-Corruption Organization raided his apartment, looking for evidence of his involvement in a massive kickback and corruption scandal involving security contracts in the energy sector.
Various sources report that Yermak is the kingpin of an even larger corruption operation which directly involves the Zelenskyy government and has as one of its features the operation of the world’s largest black market weapons bazaar, where American and NATO-supplied weapons are sold to terrorist organizations, drug cartels, criminal mafia, and anyone else who has the cash.
Yermak has denied any involvement in the corruption that swirls around him and Zelenskyy and had been defended by the Ukrainian dictator, who nonetheless was forced to accept the resignation of his most trusted ally. Yermak had been working with the Europeans to soften the Trump Peace Plan and uphold Zelenskyy’s promise to never give up an inch of Ukrainian territory to the Russians.
Yermak, who was also responsible for spreading the lie that Ukraine was holding out against the Russian offensive and could even win the war with more support from the U.S. and NATO—a lie shattered by the Ukrainian collapse along the 1,000-mile front lines—is also the source of the fake news that there is a new 19-point plan that the U.S. and Ukrainians have agreed to.
Miami Discussions and Moscow Meeting
The Miami discussions will make clear that Trump has not agreed to this new plan and will lay out what Ukraine agrees to within the 28-point framework and where discussion and negotiation must take place with the Russians, as mediated by the United States. Witkoff and Kushner will then bring this information to a meeting in Moscow with Russian President Vladimir Putin early this week.
“Trump is not playing,” said a source here. “He is going to play tough with NATO and the Europeans, but also with Putin, but within the framework for an agreement established in the August summit in Alaska. There will be no NATO membership for Ukraine and no NATO/European troops stationed as peacekeepers. Ukraine will need to make concessions on territory based on the reality of the battlefield. Ukraine will have a limit on the size of its military, and the U.S. will provide clear security guarantees to both parties that will not allow a war to restart, from either side. Over time, Russia will get sanction relief and Ukraine will be rebuilt to better than what was there before the war. And Europe and Eurasia will establish a new security and economic architecture that will benefit everyone.
“And as things stand now, there will be no reparations of any kind and both sides have been given an amnesty for what took place over the last four years,” said the source. “Zelenskyy and Yermak should have paid attention to the wording that was in the plan that called for a full accounting for all the weapons and monies given Ukraine. Did that not imply that Trump knows who is responsible for the corruption? Yermak thought he was bulletproof. He was not protected from Trump. Nor is Zelenskyy. As the saying goes, you’re either part of the solution, or you are part of the problem to be dealt with. Ukraine’s and Europe’s stupidity is costing lives in a war that should never have been fought. Trump wants to stop the killing, and he is serious about that.”
Landau to Represent U.S. at NATO Meeting
Meanwhile, sources are reporting that Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau will represent the U.S. at the NATO meeting this week.
Earlier this year, Landau had written a post on X that questioned the need for NATO’s continued existence, stating that it was an artifact of a world that no longer exists. To prove the need for its continued existence, it creates problems, which could lead to a war that the U.S. does not want.
The post was later withdrawn—after everyone had a chance to read it.

Trump Sends Witkoff to See Putin to Put Peace Deal Back on Track
Nov. 27—Sources close to the White House confirm that Special Envoy will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin early next week as President Donald Trump moves to put his Peace Plan to end the war in Ukraine back on track after NATO and its puppet Ukrainian dictator Volodymyr Zelenskyy, with help from neo-con and Russophobe networks inside his own administration, including his gusano Secretary of State Marco Rubio, did their best to sabotage peace.
Meanwhile, Trump has sent Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll to Kyiv to meet with Ukrainians to clarify Trump’s position on what he accepts as his plan, which sources report is not the same as what the Ukrainians, with Rubio’s backing had negotiated with the Ukrainians in Geneva Nov. 23.
“There is no joint Ukrainian-American proposal,” said a source, who reported Trump’s anger over such claims that have appeared in the fake news NATO propaganda machine. “There is only an American proposal based on the original 28-point plan that was leaked by NATO linked individuals inside the administration.” This and other sources report that the principal leaker was Trump’s special envoy to the Ukraine Gen. Keith Kellogg who believed the Trump Plan was too favorable to Moscow, and who along with various impotent NATO leaders had earlier crafted a peace plan of his own that sources say was a total non-starter for the Russians. Kellogg, who still serves in post, has had his authority usurped, with Trump’s approval, by Driscoll; Kellogg will leave office, when his term expires early next year.
Kellogg’s assessments collapse
Kellogg has for most of this year been pushing NATO and Ukrainian fantasies which pass for intelligence assessments that claim Ukraine is holding its own on the battlelines and that Russia’s advance has been slow, and with great casualties. But in the last few weeks, these lies could no longer be maintained, as Ukraine is in total retreat that could soon become a rout, as strategic positions have fallen or are about to fall to the relentless Russian advance. The Ukrainian armed forces, according reliable military analysts, are not at 600,000, but have shrunk to less that 300,000, with no available manpower reserves to replace losses along the 1,000 mile front lines.
“Kellogg has been totally delusional, and lately has been simply lying,” said a source. “With American intelligence now supporting that NATO and Ukraine have lost the war, and that nothing short of direct NATO support with troops and airpower could reverse this—something which the U.S. would block—Trump accelerated his efforts to secure the best possible deal for Kyiv in ending the war.”
Framework from the Alaska summit
The basis for such a deal is the framework established in the negotiations with Putin leading up to and at the Alaska summit in August. The 28-point plan is not some “Russian wish list,” as the stupid Rubio reportedly characterized it to his neo-con friends in the Congress, but a proposal informed by the Anchorage discussions, and then modified, with some further Russian input in discussions with Witkoff last month, but what Trump believes must be a framework for a new agreement.
“Ukraine must accept the reality of the battlefield and cede territory to Russia, although boundaries can be adjusted,” said the source. “Ukraine must give up plans for NATO membership, and NATO must agree to halt its expansion eastward towards Russia’s border. There can be no NATO member troops in Ukraine, ever, and there is not really the need for such troops. Ukraine must cease its cultural and other attacks on its Russian speaking population, egged on by the neo-Nazi component of the Maidan. And Ukraine must limit the size of its military, although the number is negotiable. Russia will renounce future aggression towards Ukraine and NATO, and vice versa. This is to be enforced by an explicit security guarantee by the United States, and perhaps another major world power, China.”
Disputes over modifications and corruption
“Any reports from either Rubio, the Euro fools, or their puppet Zelenskyy that Trump has agreed to any changes in the above framework "are totally false and represent an effort to undermine a peace agreement," a source close to the White House said today. "There have been changes in wording discussed and various modifications requested that can be negotiated. But the stew has been cooked already, and the concessions will into the framework."
In order to secure Kyiv’s agreement, sources report, sources took out language that would have required a full accounting of all weapons and other aid provided the Ukraine by the United States and Europe. If any discrepancies were found, there could be criminal penalties for those responsible. Sources report that the White House knows that Zelenskyy and his top aide Andriy Yermak, who is already embroiled in a massive corruption scandal, run what some people have characterized as the world’s largest arms bazaar, where billions of dollars of American weapons and munitions have been sold to terrorist organizations, drug cartels, criminal mafia and anyone who has the cash.
Witkoff’s role and leaked transcript
Trump has also expressed his full confidence in Steve Witkoff, after Bloomberg News, an outfit totally dependent on Wall Street for its existence, published alleged transcripts of conversations between Witkoff and Russian negotiators, where he explains to them Trump’s position on things, and coaches them how best raise issues with the President.
Witkoff has been convinced that it would be a necessary sacrifice by Ukraine to achieve peace, telling Putin foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov last month that he believed the best way to get the Kremlin to agree on the peace deal was to give up the fortress belt Donetsk oblast, located in Donbas, Bloomberg reported.
“Now, me to you, I know what it’s going to take to get a peace deal done: Donetsk and maybe a land swap somewhere,” Witkoff told Ushakov, according to the transcript of their call. “But I’m saying instead of talking like that, let’s talk more hopefully because I think we’re going to get a deal here.”
When asked about the leaked transcript, Trump said it was "no big" deal and that this is part of the normal negotiating process. He expressed alarm however that such a thing was leaked, and that the "fake news" was jumping all over this sabotage piece.
Russian spokesmen expressed similar outrage over the leak, hinting that it may be the work of a foreign intelligence service. The Russians had warned earlier that British intelligence might to try for some "provocation" to sabotage peace and U.S-Russian relations.
Trump’s announcement and next steps
In announcing his dispatch of Witkoff to meet with Putin, and Driscoll to Kyiv for further discussions, Trump wrote Nov. 25 on Truth Social: “The original 28-Point Peace Plan, which was drafted by the United States, has been fine-tuned, with additional input from both sides, and there are only a few remaining points of disagreement.
In the hopes of finalizing this Peace Plan, I have directed my Special Envoy Steve Witkoff to meet with President [Vladimir] Putin in Moscow and, at the same time, Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll will be meeting with the Ukrainians. I will be briefed on all progress made, along with Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles,” Trump said.
“I look forward to hopefully meeting with President [Volodymyr] Zelenskyy and President Putin soon, but ONLY when the deal to end this War is FINAL or, in its final stages. Thank you for your attention to this very important matter, and let’s all hope that PEACE can be accomplished AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!”
While the Russians have denied that they have made any concessions, sources report that they have, without specifying what, although not in the basic framework of the agreement.
The knowledge that Trump, Driscoll and Witkoff, and not the more friendly Rubio, remain in control of the process has the Ukrainians worried. “It’s necessary to wait and to understand with which position Driscoll will come, and to talk with Witkoff to understand which position he is going with to Moscow,” Zelenskyy honcho Yermak told the New York Post.
