Zepp-LaRouche on South African TV: Mobilize To Defuse Nuclear Confrontation

May 29—Schiller Institute chairwoman Helga Zepp-LaRouche gave an interview Masy 28 to Johannesburg-based Loveworld News 24 satellite television, speaking for 38 minutes with hostess Yvonne Katsande. The interview is entitled "Ukraine-Russia War: War of the Globalist Elite, BlackRock and Bankers."

Katsande started off that she had a “very special guest,” and that “We are media partners with the Schiller Institute.” In her introduction, Katsande remarked that in Ukraine, there is really a “proxy war between the United States and Russia, which actually started in 2014,” with the U.S.-backed overthrow of the elected President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych.

At about 8.27 minutes into the interview,  Zepp-LaRouche brought out the Anglo-American NATO attack under Ukraine’s actions on Russia’s Armavir early warning radar system, saying:

“If you would allow me, I would actually point to a recent development, which I think is really superseding all of these things. A couple of days ago, two days ago, it was mentioned by Russian Senator Dmitry Rogozin that there was an attack on the early warning radar system in Krasnodar Krai. This was clearly a strategic target.

“In the meantime, we have consulted with many military experts from the United States and European countries, who all confirm that that actually does theoretically and practically fulfill the Russian doctrine, that if strategic targets are being hit, then it allows them, according to their own rules, that the strategic military doctrine of Russia could go into effect. And that means that Russia has the right to hit those that did that damage.

“Now that means we are on the verge of World War III. And if you look at what happened before, the sequence of events was that Macron, the President of France, said that he wants to send NATO troops into Ukraine. Then [U.K. Foreign Secretary] Cameron said that Ukraine may use the weapon systems delivered by the British, the Storm Shadow cruise missiles, to attack Russian targets.

“This was then strongly opposed by Russia, whereupon [U.S. Secretary of State] Blinken reiterated, and said, ‘No, no, Ukraine can even use American weapons for the same purpose.’ And there was a discussion that the F-16, which is dual-use capable, meaning that it can have nuclear weapons, will be delivered into Ukraine fairly soon.

“Then, in an unprecedented move, President Putin said that, in response to the Western provocations, they will rehearse the Russian tactical nuclear weapons. And they did. And that happened, I think, two days before this attack on the Russian radar system occurred.

“So, that means that despite the fact that Russia exercised its tactical nuclear weapons, whoever was responsible for this attack doubled down, and didn’t say, ‘OK, we better take note of the fact that Russia is really serious,’ but doubled down. They attacked the radar, and according to several military experts we talked to, this was not possible for Ukraine to do alone, because they’re not capable of such a precise targetting, and it had to be with the full agreement of NATO.

“So, I think we are sitting on a totally dangerous situation, and one can only hope that the world wakes up.

“So, what we did, with the Schiller Institute, we immediately said, let’s verify this, because this is of such an incredibly important nature that we have to have military experts. We interviewed experts, among them, the top, top experts,for the West, such as Ted Postol, who is probably the expert in the field of nuclear technology and rockets, and several others from France, from Germany; and they all confirmed, this is an extremely dangerous step forward closer to World War III. And we put out this release to warn the world that that is the case.”
