Role: As a Credentialed Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in capturing the essence of the Body Language 2024 event by Relentless Beats. Your lens will bring to life the vibrant, dynamic world of our VIP shuttle service, showcasing the unique experiences we offer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Coverage: Capture high-quality images of the VIP Event Shuttle experience, including onboard entertainment, VIP guests, special moments, and exclusive features.
• Creative Storytelling: Use your photography skills to tell the story of the event, highlighting the atmosphere, emotions, and key moments.
• Collaboration with Phoenix Mission Control: You will be responsible for coordinating with Phoenix Mission Control for real-time uplinks. This involves ensuring seamless communication and technical integration to facilitate live coverage and updates.
• Working with On-Site and Remote Editors: You need to collaborate efficiently with both on-site and remote editors. This includes providing them with timely updates, raw images, and any necessary information to facilitate prompt and effective editing.
• Understanding of Photo Pit Rules and Blackout Periods: You must be well-versed with the rules for video recording in photo pits, and adhere to any designated blackout periods during the event. This requires staying informed and compliant with event-specific regulations and protocols.
• Coordination with On-Site Reporters: Work in tandem with on-site reporters to coordinate artist and fan interviews. This involves planning and executing the coverage of interviews in a way that aligns with the event’s media strategy.
• Merchant and Sponsor Coverage: Capture compelling images of merchant displays and sponsor activations. Your role involves highlighting the involvement and contributions of sponsors and merchants in enhancing the event experience.
• Understanding Event Media Coverage Goals: You must have a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the event’s media coverage. This includes aligning your photographic content with the strategic vision of the event, ensuring it meets the expectations of both the event organizers and the audience.
• Collaboration with Creation and Distribution Partners: You will work closely with content creation and distribution partners to ensure that the captured content is effectively utilized and reaches the intended audience. This role requires active coordination to maximize the impact of the media coverage.

Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in live events or entertainment. Portfolio showcasing strong photographic skills, particularly in dynamic and low-light environments. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with artists, fans, and team members. Familiarity with EDM culture and music is highly desirable. Strong technical proficiency in photography equipment and photo editing software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through photography. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
